How to Play a Scramble

• All Players must hit from the teeing ground. The most advantageous shot is selected and all players hit from that point. Teams will continue choosing the best shot and hitting from that position until the ball is holed.
• At each chosen best shot, the ball may be lifted, cleaned and placed within a one-club length from its original position and no closer to the hole. A ball played from a sand bunker or water hazard may be placed. All shots played in the rough, fairway, hazard or sand bunker must remain in the same areas.
• On the putting green, all balls must be placed within 2 inches of the chosen position (not one-club length) and no closer to the hole. Once a ball is holed, play is complete for that hole. All players are cautioned to allow all team members a chance at the original putt before tapping in the ball.
• Each player must use a minimum of 3 tee shots
